Privacy Policy — Skate Pan Di Toll
Effective date: November 1, 2026 · Hemiogenic Interactive LLC
This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Skate Pan Di Toll ("the Game"), published by Hemiogenic Interactive LLC ("we", "us"), collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By installing or playing the Game you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, or precise location. The Game collects:
- Profile data you enter: an optional display name and country selection, used only inside the Game (and on leaderboards if you submit scores).
- Game progress: currency, vehicles owned, settings, and scores. This is stored on your device and, if you are online, backed up with Unity Cloud Save so your progress can be restored.
- Analytics data: anonymous device identifiers, device model, operating system, session and gameplay events, collected through Unity Analytics to help us understand how the Game is played and improve it.
- Advertising data: our advertising partners (Unity LevelPlay / ironSource mediation and Unity Ads) may collect your device advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, or Apple IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking), IP-derived coarse location, and ad interaction data in order to serve and measure ads. Where required by law, ads are only personalized with your consent; otherwise non-personalized (contextual) ads are shown.
- Account identifier: an anonymous player ID created by Unity Authentication when you go online. It links your cloud save and leaderboard scores; it is not tied to your name or email.
- Purchases: if you buy something in the Game (for example cash packs, Remove Ads, Unlock Everything, Starter Pack or Toll Pass), the purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive a purchase receipt (product, transaction ID, date) to unlock the item and restore it later. We never receive or store your payment card details.
- Friends and challenges: friend codes, your friends list and challenges you share are stored on your device. A challenge you choose to share contains your display name, the mode and your score.
Third-party services
The Game uses the following third-party services, which process data under their own privacy policies:
How we use information
- To save and restore your game progress.
- To operate online leaderboards you choose to participate in.
- To show advertising, which keeps the Game free.
- To deliver and restore in-app purchases you make.
- To understand aggregate gameplay behavior and fix bugs.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed above.
Your choices and rights
- Ad consent: on first launch (where required by law) you are asked whether you consent to personalized ads. You can change or withdraw this choice at any time in Options → Settings → Privacy in the Game.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Google settings ("Delete advertising ID" opts you out entirely).
- iOS tracking: on iPhone and iPad the Game asks permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before ad partners may use your IDFA for tracking. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not shared. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Data deletion: you can delete your saved profile from within the Game (Reset Profile). To request deletion of cloud-stored data, follow the steps on our data deletion page.
- GDPR / UK GDPR: if you are in the EEA or UK you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
- CCPA/CPRA (California): we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. You may still contact us with access or deletion requests.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where consent frameworks apply, users identified as children receive non-personalized ads only. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and security
Game progress is kept while your profile exists. Cloud saves are stored encrypted in transit by Unity Gaming Services. Analytics data is retained by Unity per its own policy. Local save data is encrypted on your device.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
