1. From inside the app
Open Partna, go to Me, tap Delete account and confirm. This permanently erases your profile and picture, every partner, member record, proof photo and the activity log from the phone.
2. Uninstall
Uninstalling Partna removes all of its data from the device. Partna turns off Android cloud backup, so nothing is restored on reinstall.
3. Optional Partna Plus purchase record
If you bought Partna Plus, the purchase belongs to your Google Play or App Store account, so you can restore it on a new phone. RevenueCat, our purchase service provider, keeps an anonymous record of it. To ask for that record to be deleted, email support@hemiogenic.com with "Delete my Partna purchase record" in the subject and the store order ID from your receipt. We action requests within 30 days and confirm by reply. Refunds follow the store's own policy.
No money is involved
Partna never holds or transfers money, so deleting your data does not move, refund or affect any funds. Anything owed within your partner remains a matter between you and its members.
