Where is my data?
Everything you enter in Partna (your profile and picture, partners, members, receipts and activity) is saved only on your phone. There is no sign-up and no server, so we cannot see or recover your records. If you change phones, your records do not move with you.
Partna Plus
Partna is free for up to 3 partner draws. Partna Plus is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited partner draws, with no subscription and no ads. It is bought through Google Play or the App Store.
Restore a purchase
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open Me → Restore purchase while signed in to the same Google Play or Apple account you bought Plus with. Refunds are handled by the store under its refund policy.
Delete your data
Open Me → Delete account to erase everything Partna stored on the phone, or uninstall the app. See Delete your data for the purchase record.
Money
No money moves through Partna. It is a record book for your partner draw; it cannot hold, send, recover or guarantee any money. Anything owed is between you and the members of your partner.
