Email hello@hemiogenic.com. Include the app version, your phone model and what happened. Please don't send document numbers or photos of your documents.

My reminders don't appear

Check that notifications are on: open DueDate, go to Settings, and use Turn on reminders, or allow notifications for DueDate in your phone's settings. Then use Send a test reminder. Reminders arrive around 9am and may be a little late, especially with battery saving turned on. Opening the app now and then refreshes them.

I got a new phone and my dates are gone

DueDate keeps your records only on the phone they were added on, and phone backup is turned off for the app, so a new phone starts empty. We have no copy and cannot recover them. Before you switch phones, use Settings → Export as PDF to keep a list of your dates.

Restoring the unlock

If you bought the one-time unlock, sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account on your phone, then open Settings → Restore purchase. Refunds are handled by the store you paid through.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete all data removes every date, photo and reminder from the phone. Uninstalling the app does the same. There is no account to delete and nothing held on a server.

Renewal rules

DueDate is an independent app and is not connected to any government or official service. Its guides link to official websites; please confirm rules, fees and deadlines there.
