What Pawfile is, and is not
Pawfile, published by Hemiogenic Interactive ("we", "us"), is a record-keeping app for your pets' vaccines, medications, weight, vet documents and reminders.
Your records
You are responsible for what you enter. Records stay on your phone; we keep no copy and cannot restore them if your phone is lost, reset or replaced, or if you delete them. Export a vet pack if you want a copy kept elsewhere.
Reminders
Reminders are a convenience. They depend on your phone's notification settings and may arrive a little off the exact time, or not at all if notifications are turned off. Don't rely on them alone for anything time-critical.
The one-time unlock
The free version keeps one pet with every feature. An optional one-time in-app purchase removes the limit for the store account that bought it. The price is shown in the app by the App Store or Google Play before you buy. There is no subscription. Payment and refunds are handled by the store under its own terms. You can restore an earlier purchase from Settings.
Acceptable use
Use Pawfile only for lawful, personal record keeping. Don't try to reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the app.
No warranty / liability
Pawfile is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, missed or late reminders, lost records, or decisions about your pet's health made using information in the app.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version at this address before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
